- verb (used without an object)

6. To take refreshment, especially food or drink
7. To become fresh or vigorous again; revive
Let's focus on number 3 for a moment. If we think about it all of us need to be made fresh and reinvigorated from time to time. As I have reached my 40th year, by God's grace. I find myself needing to be refreshed, and the way that I came about wanting to do this was by discovering through a Bible study I did on my Bible app called the Bible App, a Bible study called: One Word That Will Change Your Life. Based on the book by John Gordon, Dan Britton, and Jimmy Page copyright 2014 ISBN number 978-1-118-80942-6

So the first thing I want everyone to do, before I go any further is to either look the book up, buy the book, or find the Bible study. In doing so the rest of my journey will make a lot more sense to you.

Be blessed and refreshed 
